Safer gambling across the sister sites
If you want to stop, one step covers more than you might think. A self-exclusion at any of the four Red Rock sites reaches all of them and Mr Green, and a deposit limit reaches all four. A Time Out doesn’t travel, and operators outside the group need GAMSTOP or a request of their own.

The exclusion clause is the one to know: The self-exclusion will be applied to all websites operated by us
, and to Blue Rock Managed Services Limited’s, a member of the same group. A Time Out is different. It stays on the account where you set it, and the play-responsibly page advises setting it on any other accounts you hold as well. Sun Bingo’s homepage describes its Time Out as a break for up to six weeks

How do you pause every sister site at once?
- Self-exclude at any one of the four sites, through customer services or the account menu, for between six months and five years.
- If you also hold a Mr Green account, the exclusion reaches it too, though the terms say there may be a short delay on Blue Rock’s side.

How do you exclude beyond the Red Rock sites?
Register with GAMSTOP, the free scheme for UK residents that the terms describe as covering the websites and apps of operators licensed by the Gambling Commission. Use it, or ask each operator directly, for The Sun Play and anyone else outside Red Rock and Blue Rock.

What happens when your exclusion period ends?
Expect the exclusion to hold. When the period you chose has ended, the account reopens only if you phone and ask, and then only after a further 24-hour cooling-off period.
