How Fabulous Bingo’s rooms, jackpots and points pay out
Fabulous Bingo’s own room, Mystic Meg Bingo, pays a jackpot on top of the full house when it lands early, and every room sets its own ticket price, schedule and prizes. Pre-bought tickets and games shared across Playtech’s network have rules of their own, and loyalty points are worth putting into pounds before you chase a level.

Mystic Meg Bingo: when the full house also pays a jackpot
- Full house within 16 calls
- Mystic Meg’s Jackpot: £1,500, split 50/50 between the winner and the rest of the room
- Full house within 19 calls
- Mini Meg’s Jackpot: starts at £200, split the same way
A 50-ball game, one ticket per player, stakes from 5p to £3.
When does Mystic Meg Bingo pay its jackpots?
Mystic Meg Bingo is the site’s own 50-ball room, open from 09:00 to 23:59. Your ticket carries 10 bubbles with symbols instead of numbers, and you win by matching the symbols as they’re called. Each player gets one ticket, which the room page says gives everyone an equal chance of winning, so your stake changes only the size of the prize. The 5p starting stake comes from the page’s instructions, while its ticket-price panel reads from 10p, so check the price in the room.
The call limits on the card above decide whether a jackpot is paid at all, and each jackpot is split 50/50 between the full-house winner and all the other players in the room
. On the top jackpot that’s £1,500 ÷ 2 = £750 to the full-house winner and £750 shared among everyone else.
- Which other rooms have jackpots?
The homepage lists Triple Whammy Jackpots, progressive jackpots that can be won on one line, two lines or a full house. The general rule on the bingo page matches Mystic Meg’s: to win a bingo jackpot you’ll usually need a full house within a set number of balls, and the jackpot changes with the type of game you’ve chosen.

How do prizes and ticket prices change by room?
Each room has its own ticket price and schedule, and the FAQ sends you to the Fabulous Bingo lobby for both. The lobby groups the rooms as 90-ball, 75/80-ball, special and Big Money Rooms. In 90-ball bingo, the bingo page explains, you’ve got three chances to win per ticket: one line, two lines or a full house.
Free Bingo and Session Bingo, both on the bingo schedule, advertise their prizes this way: Prizes and winners advertised are minimum guarantees per session.
So in those sessions both the amount and the number of winners are a floor, not a forecast of what your ticket will win.
| Ticket price | Rooms at that price |
|---|---|
| 1p | 75 Ball Penny Bingo, 1p Loose Change (exclusive) |
| 5p | Neck and Neck, Bankers Special |
| 10p | 10p Bingo (exclusive), Storm the Canteen |
| 15p | Lunch Roll On, Choose your Deal, Pix 'N' Mix |
| 50p | Cash Cubes |
| £1 | Winning Headlines |
| £2 | £20 Mystic Meg Bingo (exclusive) |
Prices ran from 1p to £2 a ticket in that snapshot, and the rooms don’t stay the same through the day. Check the price in the room itself before you buy, because the lobby is where the live schedule sits.

What happens to pre-bought tickets and a dropped connection?
Pre-buy lets you buy tickets for games later in the day. From the Pre-buy icon in the lobby you pick the room, the day and time, the ticket price and how many tickets, and each game sets its own maximum number of tickets.
Here’s the part that catches people out: a pre-bought ticket may not count as a stake straight away. The terms of October’s £100,000 night, below, say prebought bingo tickets do not count as staked until those games have played out
, so tickets bought ahead count only once their game has been played. Other promotions may word it differently.
If your connection drops, the FAQ says the game goes on and you’re still counted in, and it detects a winning ticket automatically. You can check the result afterwards in the play history under the Account tab.
If a game is interrupted, the general terms set the rules. For games with several players, Red Rock acts in whatever way it reasonably judges fairest, case by case, and it restores progressive jackpot values as far as that’s within its control rather than the games provider’s. If a result looks wrong, your play history is the record to quote, and the complaints guide sets out the steps.

Whose terms apply to a network bingo game?
Some promotions run across several sites. October’s £100,000 bingo night in the Bin-Go Big room has a £75,000 full-house jackpot and 10p tickets. Pre-buy 20 or more in one transaction before 11:59pm on Thursday 29 October and 10 free tickets are credited on Friday 30 October before 9pm. The promotion runs across several sites in the Playtech Software Limited network, and its terms say there may be winners on more than one of them.
Those terms name a different promoter: Playtech Software Limited, of High Holborn in London. Fabulous Bingo’s welcome and loyalty terms name Red Rock Managed Services Limited instead. Red Rock still runs the site and holds your account. The promoter line only tells you whose promotional terms you’re reading. For any problem, the Playtech terms send you back to the site’s customer services. They also still carry a line from September’s game (9pm on Friday 25 September), so go by the October dates.
A promotion shared across the network says nothing about who owns the sites taking part. The sister-site overview explains the difference between shared bingo software and a shared operator.

What are Fabulous Bingo loyalty points worth?
You earn points on cash stakes on bingo tickets in the Bingo lobby, at a rate set by your level, and exchange them in the Loyalty Shop: 700 points for a £1 bingo bonus, or 1,000 points for £1 cash. Opal to Ruby earn on bingo tickets only, and stakes on mini games in the bingo lobby don’t count. Diamond also earns 0.5 points per £1 of cash stakes on slots played from the side-games tab of the Play Slots page or the lobby’s top-slots section.
| Level | Points per £1 on bingo | Points in a calendar month to reach it, and to keep it | Bingo stakes behind £1 cash |
|---|---|---|---|
| Opal | 8 | Entry level | £125.00 |
| Sapphire | 10.5 | 2,500 to reach; 2,450 to keep | £95.24 |
| Emerald | 13 | 10,000 to reach; 9,950 to keep | £76.92 |
| Ruby | 16 | 20,000 to reach; 19,950 to keep | £62.50 |
| Diamond | 16 (plus 0.5 per £1 on slots) | 40,000 to reach; 39,950 to keep | £62.50 |
At Opal, 1,000 points ÷ 8 points per £1 = £125 of cash bingo tickets for £1 cash, and £1 ÷ £125 = 0.8% of what you staked. At Ruby and Diamond it’s £1 ÷ £62.50 = 1.6%. Those figures are a share of turnover, not of losses, and they don’t refund anything you’ve lost. A bingo bonus bought with points is play money: Bingo bonus can never be withdrawn.
Levels are reviewed each calendar month, and falling short of your level’s monthly points moves you down one level at the end of the month. Points themselves expire 90 days after they’re credited. A level isn’t a reason to stake more than you planned, and the safer-gambling page covers the limits that apply across Red Rock’s four sites.
One line in the scheme’s terms is worth knowing: they open it to UK and ROI residents, while the general terms treat every country other than the United Kingdom as a prohibited jurisdiction. Both can’t hold for a reader in Ireland.
